LEASING
Meridian Buckhead is very proactive in maintaining the Restricted Leasing Policy as stated in our Condominium Documents. The maximum number of units that may be leased at any given time is 25% of the total units.
Owners interested in leasing their Unit should contact the Property Manager to obtain a Leasing Permit. Once a leasing permit is obtained by an owner, the Owner shall have (90) ninety days within which to lease the Residential Unit or it shall automatically revert to Restricted Leasing Status.
If you should have any questions relating to leasing a Unit, do not hesitate to contact the property manager, Edward Jarrett. He will be happy to assist you with any questions regarding leasing.

PARKING / GUEST PARKING
Each home has an assigned parking space(s). Please understand that if you park in another owner's space that unfortunately you could be towed.
There are Guest / Visitor Parking Spaces available. Visitor parking is located in the motor lobby area and is limited. There is additional parking on the south side of the building behind the garden area. All guests must register at the Concierge Desk.
PETS
Homeowners / Residents may have up to two (2) generally recognized Pets.
Dogs must be kept on a leash and be under the physical control of a responsible person at all times on the Property.
Pets may not be left unattended outdoors or on the balconies.
Pets determined in the Board's sole discretion to be dangerous may not be brought onto or kept on the Condominium property at any time.
FREIGHT ELEVATOR
YOU MUST RESERVE THE FREIGHT ELEVATOR IN ADVANCE with the Concierge or Property Management .
The freight elevator is available for moving furnishings, contractor materials, and any large items, which could potentially damage the passenger elevators cabs.
FREIGHT ELEVATOR AVAILBILTY :
Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
For Deliveries, Moving Personnel or Contractor Use of Freight Elevator, PHOTO IDENTIFICATION is required and they should check in at the Concierge desk.

CONCIERGE SERVICES
The concierge Desk is staffed 24/7 by a highly competent and professional Concierge management company. The Concierge Desk is located in the main lobby of Meridian Buckhead. The phone number is 404-261-1122
Please let them assist you in any of the following areas:
1) Welcoming your guests to the building – All guests should sign in upon arriving and the concierge will contact you to inform you of their arrival.
2) Packages – packages are accepted at the concierge desk from UPS, FEDERAL EXPRESS, AIRBORN, and Courier Services for your convenience. We do ask for a signed Package Release Form from all residents. These packages may be picked up at the concierge desk. You will receive a phone call informing you that a package is waiting.
3) Scheduling use of the Conference Room
4) Scheduling use of the Service Elevators. The Freight elevators must be reserved in advance for use for move-ins, move-outs, furniture delivery, etc.
5) Call for Taxi and Limousine Service
6) In house dry cleaning off and pick it up at the concierge desk.
7) Pet services are now offered too!
Please ask the Concierge for information on events, shopping, and dining in the Atlanta area as well as any other service that may interest you.
